Heating technology at JTEKT Thermo Systems Corporation is supported by CAE

The heat treatment furnaces handled by JTEKT Thermo Systems Corporation reach temperatures above 2,000°C, which makes it extremely difficult to perform tests and measurements on actual products.
Nevertheless, heat migration and gas flow must be correctly understood in order to enhance design quality.
Therefore, in order to serve increasingly complicated user needs, JTEKT Thermo Systems Corporation began front-loading in new product development by means of CAE that was introduced in 2002. We are also combining CAE technologies in order to improve design quality from multiple angles and, by virtue thereof, supply products that meet with customer satisfaction.
